Vacuum pouches – their advantages
Flexible food packaging is one of our favourite domains. For this reason we offer food bags produced on the basis of multilayer film. Our plastic bags for vacuum packaging have very good barrier properties, transparency, they seal well in any type of vacuum sealer, are puncture and moisture resistant. Our vacuum pack bags are commonly used to prolong freshness of food and meat products. They live up to the needs of meat market as a food packaging item. The plastic bags are also used for storing of other goods which require additional protection.
Very good transparency, superb barrier properties against aromes, water vapour, gases and other external and internal agents constitute the bases of the technology applied in the production of our bags. The packaging is chlorine free, moreover it can be sterilized.
What’s packed in vacuum bags?
EVERYTHING! Food vacuum has proved to be a reliable source of a food saver. Our plastic bags are mostly used as food storage bags. They are used for food packaging, meat packaging, in particular sliced meat packaging, fresh meat packaging, bone meat packaging, cheese packaging, bread packaging, ready meals packaging, and fish packaging.
Technical properties
We offer: Three layer vacuum pouches – fair barrier properties (PA barrier)
Five layer vacuum pouches – including PA barrier
Seven layer barrier pouches, incorporating both EVOH and PA barriers.
Standard compositions of vacuum bags:
PA/PE;
BOPET/PE; PET/PE;
BOPET/PA/PE.
Other compositions at client’s request!
The offered dimensions range from:
- width 100 to 640 mm
- length 100 to 900 mm.
Seal types:
Vacuum pouches are available with straight bottom seal, curved bottom seal, straight side seal, curved side seal (single and double straight seals). They are compatible with the most of machines. The packaging is also offered in the form of a tube (sleeve).
Logo print and colours:
We offer transparent plastic bags with logo one side print up to 6 colours, blue vacuum bags.
